Your BookVid profile is your digital storefront. The five changes below account for most of the variance in booking rate across our top 1% of creators.
1. Profile photo
- Use a high-quality, professional headshot with good lighting
- Neutral background keeps attention on your face
- Smile genuinely — reserved expressions convert worse
- Refresh quarterly so the image feels current
2. Bio structure
- Lead with a one-sentence value proposition
- Name the outcome clients leave with
- List credentials and proof in a short bullet set
- Include searchable keywords for your niche
3. Pricing anchors
Offer three session tiers (e.g. 15, 30, 60 minutes). The middle tier should be the one you most want booked — price the shortest option high enough that the middle feels like a deal.
4. Work samples
Add testimonials, case studies, and before/after data where relevant. Social proof removes the biggest objection: "can this person actually help me?"
5. Availability density
Open at least three slots across three days. Sparse calendars signal that you are either unavailable or in low demand — both hurt conversion.
