How do I book a session on BookVid?
Browse the marketplace, open a creator's profile, pick a session type and time, and pay securely through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation with a join link.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to the notice window the creator has set, directly from your booking confirmation email.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). BookVid never stores your card details.
What if the creator is late or no-shows?
If a creator doesn't show, you're refunded automatically. If they're materially late, you can request a refund through support.
Do I need to download anything to join a session?
No. BookVid sessions run in any modern browser on desktop or mobile. Click the join link and you're in.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Creator cancellations trigger automatic refunds. Client cancellations follow the refund window defined in our terms of use.
